I misread the sizing instructions and mistook arm length for lens size. There is no exchange program per se but I was able to order a second pair (in the right size which came in time for my holiday (with a small fee deducted from the refund to accommodate the returns service).
Would’ve been more challenging had I not already known what model I was looking for.

Still didn’t get my parcel. I was sent to my temporary address in Italy but because of insufficient servis of a carrier it didn’t arrive on time. No I am not there any more. I have offered you to cancel my order or resend the parcel to my permanent address but still no any solution.

I paid for the express delivery service which said parcel would arrive by 1pm. It wasn’t clear from the site that that meant the next day. When I thought it was same day delivery.

However, the agent was very quick to respond to my email which was great. To be honest if that was more obvious I wouldnt have paid standard postage so I did mark it down from 5 to 4 because of the misinformation but because I got a swift reply to my email, I was still happy with the service overall!

I would still use you guys again !!
